How Support Ticket Works For Any Kind Of Help

To Create New Ticket ☝ Click Ticket Image ☝ On Right side find New Support Ticket, Click the same. Now a new page will open. You will find here three fields.
☛ In Requester: Fill your email id on which you wish to receive reply or Your request Status.
☛ Subject: Write heading of your request i.e. Requried Quotation, Repair product, Check warranty, Software update, Shipping Status etc.
☛ Description: Write heading of your request i.e. Required Quotation, Repair product, Check warranty, Software update, Shipping Status etc.
☛ In attachment you can attach relative documents
☛ Check the I am not a robot and Submit
☛ Our Account Manager is always monitoring, your request.
